"Refuge" - mixed media - 29" x 36"

This series was inspired by numerous canoe trips in the north. I have
always been struck by the serenity and volatility of water. It is so
essential to life and yet in the course of our fast moving life we often
take water for granted and deny it the respect it deserve.
